Die City Lodge ist ein bewohnbares Kunstwerk, das in all seinen Teilen urheberrechtlich geschützt und geistiges Eigentum des Künstlers ist. Eine Weiterverwertung, in welcher Form auch immer, bedarf der ausdrücklichen Genehmigung und Lizensierung durch Propeller Island.
